For many organisations providing staff Disability Equality Training (DET) has two costs associated with it, firstly the cost of the course its self and secondly the cost of getting the staff together and covering the jobs of the staff who are receiving the training.

We are looking at providing an on-line version of our training, but like any organisation need to know if there is a market for the product. The benefits are that it would be cheaper to purchase and down time is greatly reduced as each element can be completed independently and at a time to suit the student/organisation.
